Mission & Vision

Mission Statement

Theirs: "St. Paul School is a diverse community committed to challenging all students academically, morally and spiritually.
Our faith-filled environment nurtures leaders with Christ-like values of respect, cooperation and service."

Mine: "The diverse community at St. Paul school offers a space to let students challenge themselves in the areas of academics, morality and spirituality.
We are dedicated to cultivating an environment that instills Christ-like values of respect, cooperation and service."

  • I like that the St. Paul school mission statement is short and makes clear points. I also really enjoyed the fact that although it is a "Catholic" school, they did not specify that and to me it spoke about making sure all of the children are well rounded no matter what their religion is.
  • It was hard for me to rephrase the second part of the mission statement because I believe is was very well written. I am also having trouble on thinking about what I would change but I don't think there is anything.
  • I think the school as a whole should work on their vales of respect, cooperation and service. For the most part I feel as though the children lack many of these values and they have no meaning to them.
  • With having many months of experience working in this community it is true to its diversity and faith based learning.
I could not find a vision statement so I made up my own:
"The vision of St. Paul school is for every student to succeed in all areas of learning and growth following religious values. These vales will guide them to lead lives full of service, respect and cooperation."
